Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct moderately complex financial analysis for specific functions or business units at HP Inc.
  • Provide analytics to support key business initiatives in HP's innovative technology ecosystem
  • Analyze trends, relationships, and ratios for forecast models in credit and collections
  • Manage Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, and credit collection processes
  • Collaborate with department heads on annual budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and internal controls
  • Build relationships with business leaders to meet financial analysis objectives
  • Develop conclusions, recommendations, and reports through data analysis
  • Foster knowledge management culture by sharing expertise on HP's financial operations
  • Apply professional judgment to resolve issues within company policies
  • Drive customer-centric collections strategies supporting HP's global operations

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
  • Typically 5-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in financial processes and company operations
  • Experience with Order to Cash processes and Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Ability to work independently on moderate scope problems
  • Strong understanding of credit collection practices
