Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct moderately complex financial analysis for credit, collections, and specific business units at HP Inc.
  • Manage accounts receivable, order to cash processes, and credit collections to optimize cash flow
  • Perform trend analysis, develop forecast models, and monitor KPIs for financial health
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop budgets and long-term financial plans
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and GAAP
  • Build relationships with internal teams to support key business initiatives in HP's innovative technology environment
  • Drive process improvements and automation in credit and collections using digital tools
  • Analyze variances, resolve issues, and provide recommendations to enhance customer-centric financial operations
  • Foster knowledge sharing and contribute to HP's culture of innovation and results orientation

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in financial processes and company operations
  • Experience with credit collections, order to cash, and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of SAP applications and financial modeling
  • Ability to work independently on moderate scope problems
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
