Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex financial analysis for credit and collections functions, identifying issues and recommending innovative solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive analytics on accounts receivable to support HP's key business initiatives in technology and hardware
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and long-term forecasting processes aligned with HP's customer-centric business objectives
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as finance domain expert, fostering collaboration across HP's global operations
  • Establish relationships with business leaders to influence decision-making and enhance collections strategies
  • Support policy and process enhancements, leveraging automation for efficiency in order-to-cash cycles
  • Provide counsel on controls, budgeting, ROI, and strategic business plans within HP's innovative ecosystem
  • Lead projects independently, delivering professional reports and mentoring junior team members
  • Analyze trends in credit collections to mitigate risks and optimize cash flow for HP's technology portfolio

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
  • 10-15 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
  • Demonstrated competence in credit and collections processes
  • Experience in order to cash and accounts receivable management
  • Proven track record in financial analysis and forecasting
  • Experience leading moderate to high complexity projects
  • Strong knowledge of SAP applications and financial systems
  • Ability to work in a flexible workstyle environment
