In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Python libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly. You’ll perform exploratory data analysis with statistical techniques such as descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and ANOVA, while applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) and predictive methods including linear regression, time series, clustering, and machine learning. Additionally, you’ll support process optimization through Lean, Six Sigma, and tools like Bizagi, ensuring data integrity and delivering insights that simplify complexity for stakeholders. To qualify, you must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Telecommunication Engineering at a Spanish university, available from February to June–July 2026. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams in HP’s Privacy organization to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven visual solutions
• Collaborate on data preparation, wrangling, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of visual outputs
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Python (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Build intuitive visualizations that simplify complex datasets and tell compelling stories to diverse audiences including stakeholders and customers
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights using statistical techniques (e.g., Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Correlation Analysis, ANOVA)
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and predictive analytics to support privacy compliance and process improvements
• Contribute to process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies and simulation tools like Bizagi
• Support HP’s innovation in data privacy by delivering insights that enhance customer trust and technological advancements
• Document findings and present insights to teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Assist in real-world applications of classroom learnings to solve privacy-related challenges in HP’s global operations

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or Telecommunication Engineering from a university in Spain, with enrollment continuing until the end of the internship
• Available to start the internship in February 2026 and participate until June–July 2026
• Strong knowledge of Data Analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Familiarity with Predictive Statistical Analysis Techniques (e.g., Linear Regression, Time Series Analysis, Clustering, Machine Learning)
• Experience in Process Optimization (Lean, Six Sigma) and ability to work with Process Simulation tools (e.g., Bizagi)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Python visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Prior exposure to exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical techniques like Descriptive Statistics, Correlation Analysis, ANOVA
• Experience in cross-functional team environments at innovative tech companies

• Familiarity with privacy-related data handling in a global enterprise setting
