Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scripts and visualization methods to monitor critical parameters in 3D metals printing processes
  • Report data insights to the 3D metals process engineer and Writing Systems R&D team
  • Create visual reports and dashboards for process performance tracking
  • Enable basic data reporting infrastructure and integrate with HP's Telemetry and Data Team
  • Assist in developing tests to identify and validate critical process parameters
  • Analyze process data to support yield optimization and quality improvements
  • Collaborate on data-driven approaches to enhance additive manufacturing efficiency
  • Leverage statistical models to provide real-time insights for production control
  • Contribute to innovation in 3D metals process control within HP's technology ecosystem
  • Document findings and present results to stakeholders in a customer-centric manner

Required Qualifications

  • Currently in the last year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Engineering, Mathematics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Physics
  • Ability to conduct hypothesis tests, correlation tests, regression analysis, and modeling
  • Ability in statistical analysis using Python or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or frameworks like Dash or Bokeh
  • Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Redis), and GitHub
  • Fluent in English
  • Content design, presentation, and graphic design skills

  • Prior exposure to additive manufacturing or 3D printing technologies
