Key Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement initiatives through advanced data analysis and process modeling
  • Organize, manipulate, and manage large volumes of data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with experienced team members on specific projects, contributing innovative ideas to drive HP's process efficiency
  • Learn and apply multiple tools and methodologies used within HP's technology ecosystem
  • Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts in a customer-centric environment
  • Analyze business processes to model and recommend data-driven enhancements
  • Assist in developing dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBI for actionable insights

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field at a university in Spain, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship
  • Available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue until June–July 2026
  • Knowledge of process modeling and analysis
  • Experience in data management, including handling large datasets, data manipulation, and organization
  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools such as PowerBI, Data Bricks, Smartsheet, and ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to real-world data projects or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with additional data visualization or analytics tools
  • Background in statistics or business process optimization
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving in academic or personal projects
