As a Data Science & Systems Intern in the Your Privacy category, you will drive innovation by analyzing data, refining processes, and building tools that enhance HP's technology-driven future of work. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze performance metrics and assess data accuracy across systems
• Evaluate tool effectiveness through data-driven analysis
• Identify areas for improvement in processes and workflows
• Provide actionable recommendations to optimize operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and operations
• Ensure alignment and effective implementation of data solutions
• Design and build a user-friendly, real-time tracking tool for data monitoring
• Develop features to compare expected results with actual data outputs
• Create intuitive interfaces for immediate decision-making needs
• Monitor data fallouts and support proactive issue resolution
• Contribute to HP's innovation in Large Format and 3D Printing technologies

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program at a university in Spain, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship
• Available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue until June–July 2026
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, and SQL
• Strong programming skills
• Experience in managing data, systems, and tools
• Strong analytical abilities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Studying in Computer & Software Engineering field
• Demonstrated willingness to take calculated risks to drive innovation
• Prior experience in process optimization or data-driven projects
• Familiarity with real-time monitoring tools or dashboard development
• Background in technology or hardware-related internships
