This role offers hands-on experience in a flexible workstyle environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and product availability. Key responsibilities include supporting demand forecasting and supply planning coordination, analyzing supply chain KPIs, balancing demand and supply, and assisting in capacity and inventory management. You will develop and maintain planning dashboards and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI, while participating in continuous improvement initiatives rooted in Lean principles. Key Responsibilities

• Supports regular planning activities in demand forecasting and supply planning coordination
• Analyzes supply chain performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assists in balancing demand and supply to ensure product availability
• Develops and maintains planning dashboards and reports
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Engineering, and Operations
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency
• Supports capacity planning and inventory management processes
• Provides insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Applies subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues in Supply Chain Planning
• Works on problems of moderate complexity as a team member providing analysis and project input

Required Qualifications

• Enrolled in a college degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields
• Strong analytical thinking and data manipulation skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts, demand planning, and inventory management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Eager to learn with high curiosity and excellent teamwork skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• English proficiency
