Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow high-performing teams of customer-focused data scientists
  • Build and staff a portfolio of high-impact AI projects delivering measurable value
  • Envision, drive, and deliver innovative AI models and products improving revenue, profitability, and costs
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Technical Program Managers, and Architects
  • Collaborate with HP product groups and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
  • Define and implement technical strategies for AI transformation at scale
  • Evangelize AI concepts and best practices to business teams across HP
  • Oversee all aspects of AI model development from scoping through deployment
  • Drive agentic intelligence solutions to streamline critical business processes
  • Foster innovation in HP's digital products to enhance employee efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • MS and/or PhD in AI, machine learning, statistical modeling, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in modeling and analytics, including Generative AI (GenAI)
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing data science or AI teams
  • Proven track record of delivering AI projects from scoping to deployment
  • Strong experience partnering with product, data, and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business outcomes through AI innovations
  • Excellent communication and influence skills at executive levels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital product design and process transformation
  • Background in enterprise software or hardware technology sectors
  • Prior work in customer-centric AI solutions for efficiency and optimization
  • Knowledge of agentic intelligence and scalable AI deployments
