Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with top management to drive execution of HR programs in emerging markets
  • Act as senior adviser on strategy development, functional policy, and implementation within the organization
  • Perform highly complex analysis for HR functions or business units, leveraging deep business understanding
  • Collaborate with centers of expertise to allocate HR resources effectively for business needs
  • Advise on critical business initiatives and lead HR programs and processes
  • Assess HR implications of business strategies and design innovative solutions
  • Support operational and strategic alignment of HR strategies for global efficiency
  • Drive process improvements and policy development impacting functions globally
  • Contribute innovative ideas and lead large cross-functional teams to solve complex problems

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of work experience in HR functions, organizational change, or workforce planning
