In this strategic role, you will establish and nurture connections with upper management, providing roadmaps and guidance for innovative HR programs tailored to emerging markets. Collaborating with centers of expertise, you will design cutting-edge solutions that drive organizational effectiveness, shape HR strategies for operational and strategic alignment, and champion process improvements. As a key player in HP's customer-centric culture, you will leverage technology and data-driven insights to support our mission of creating tools and solutions that reshape the future of work, fostering innovation across our global technology and hardware operations. Key responsibilities include acting as a senior adviser during strategy development and policy implementation, performing complex HR analyses to meet business objectives, and leading HR programs for critical initiatives. You will assess business strategies for HR implications, identify opportunities to enhance talent capabilities, and ensure HR efforts are both operationally supported and strategically focused. Driving global process enhancements and mentoring junior team members, you will contribute innovative ideas to solve unique challenges, impacting large functions and cross-division teams while embodying HP's commitment to learning agility and digital fluency. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology sectors and emerging markets, with a graduate degree in a related field. Proficiency in skills like change management, talent management, Workday, and workforce planning is essential, alongside cross-org competencies such as effective communication and results orientation.
