Key responsibilities include developing an agile employee listening strategy, managing enterprise-wide surveys, architecting frameworks with Talent, Technology, and Legal/Privacy stakeholders, and staying ahead of industry trends to evolve HP’s programs. You will design and analyze surveys using platforms like Glint and Qualtrics, scale qualitative research such as focus groups and interviews, and translate complex feedback into dashboards, reports, and recommendations that influence business leaders. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable, agile employee listening strategy aligned with HP’s talent and business objectives, fostering innovation and a customer-centric culture
  • Manage enterprise-wide listening programs, including census, pulse, and lifecycle surveys for HP’s global workforce
  • Architect frameworks for employee listening in partnership with Talent, Technology, Legal/Privacy, and other stakeholders at HP Inc.
  • Stay current with industry trends, consortia, vendor offerings, and best practices to evolve HP’s listening strategy
  • Design, implement, and analyze surveys and other feedback mechanisms using platforms like Glint and Qualtrics
  • Scale qualitative research approaches such as focus groups and interviews, partnering on sentiment projects
  • Analyze employee feedback, identify trends, and create dashboards, reports, and presentations for HP stakeholders
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations, partnering with business leaders to drive organizational change and measure impact
  • Coordinate with People Organization and cross-functional teams to define sentiment objectives and synthesize holistic insights
  • Support advanced analytics projects leveraging tools like PowerBI, Databricks, and Python
  • Build a world-class employee listening team to support HP’s commitment to innovation and employee voice

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in employee listening, people analytics, or quantitative HR functions, including 4+ years of listening-related project management
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale employee listening programs in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Deep technical expertise in survey and qualitative research methodologies, psychometrics, and construct/content validation
  • Proficiency in survey platforms (Glint, Qualtrics) and analytics/BI tools (PowerBI, Databricks, Python)
  • Strong business acumen, user-centric approach, and consulting skills to influence leaders across the organization
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical teams and all levels of seniority

Preferred Qualifications

  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Experience using Natural Language Processing for qualitative survey analysis
