Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans aligning client goals with HP's innovative technology offerings
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges
  • Utilize margin management techniques and partner collaborations to improve win rates and solution delivery
  • Anticipate client needs and facilitate cutting-edge solution development with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue joint growth opportunities leveraging HP's PC, Print, and technology portfolio
  • Proactively address risks to client relationships and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations, pricing discussions, and secure favorable extensions
  • Analyze account performance data, track KPIs, and deliver data-driven insights for client success
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers in their professional development

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience in customer relationship management, account management, or related field
  • Demonstrated competence in strategic account planning and execution
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue quotas in enterprise sales
  • Experience in contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
  • Strong analytical skills for performance data analysis and KPI tracking
  • Ability to anticipate client needs and mitigate risks
  • Experience mentoring junior account managers
