This 12-week paid summer internship in the Supply Chain Organization offers hands-on experience applying the SCOR model to optimize processes in sourcing, logistics, planning, materials management, manufacturing, sustainability, digital transformation, returns, and order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in analyzing and mapping current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in Sourcing and Logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations
  • Support implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure KPIs and track initiative progress
  • Review and analyze adoption of new supply chain concepts like Just In Sequence (JIS) for an Integrated Supply Chain
  • Conduct sourcing market research for innovative products or categories
  • Design sustainability initiatives with packaging or logistics suppliers
  • Identify and implement innovative quality control processes for component suppliers
  • Apply analytics to develop data-driven solutions and financial/operational models
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to supply chain management

Required Qualifications

  • 3rd year of Bachelor's degree completed or 1st year of Master's/MBA program completed, typically in a non-technical specialization
  • Must be enrolled full-time at an accredited university
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2026 without requiring sponsorship in the future
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to apply the SCOR model
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
