You will monitor and resolve eCommerce platform issues, analyze user feedback to optimize customer journeys, and maintain documentation for portals, CPQ, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities

  • Support account setup and onboarding processes in CRM and B2B eCommerce systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely activation
  • Assist with product and pricing configuration within CPQ tools to ensure accuracy in customer quotes and orders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, IT, Marketing, and Customer Support to improve digital touchpoints and portal usability
  • Monitor and help resolve customer access or usability issues within the eCommerce platform
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey across digital channels
  • Help maintain internal documentation and training materials for portal usage, CPQ guidelines, and onboarding procedures
  • Support the Lead-to-Quote and eBusiness teams in managing digital quoting tools and partner enablement
  • Contribute to catalog operations and HP2B/CPQ systems for operational efficiency
