Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily order management operations, including order entry, validation, and tracking using SAP S/4HANA
  • Assist with monitoring and resolving order processing issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Finance)
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting on order status, backlogs, and fulfillment KPIs
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including documentation and testing of new SAP functionalities
  • Help ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and customer requirements
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to project discussions and operational reviews
  • Support end customer, distribution, and retail order operations and backlog management
  • Engage in customer-facing activities to enhance satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Collaborate on Lead-to-Cash process execution within HP's innovative technology ecosystem
  • Assist in leveraging HP's cutting-edge tools for customer and partner experience optimization

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
  • Availability for full-time internship schedule
  • Legal right to work in Brazil
