Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution and monitoring of operational processes across customer accounts, including onboarding, contract management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist in updating and maintaining account records and operational documentation in CRM, ERP, and other relevant systems
  • Participate in data analysis and KPI tracking to monitor account health, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and document process improvement opportunities based on recurring issues or workflow inefficiencies
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support operational reviews and provide business insights
  • Serve as a point of contact for escalations and problem-solving within the End-user Account Operations Management (AOM) team
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the sales team on operational deliverables across the customer operations lifecycle
  • Contribute to global account governance and order management initiatives

Required Qualifications
