Key Responsibilities

  • Provide extensive administrative support to supervisory and non-supervisory employees, including data entry, filing, and office supply management
  • Manage complex calendars for senior management, prioritizing meetings and ensuring efficient time management

  • Coordinate work within the team, across departments, and with external partners
  • Produce detailed reports, documents, and presentations involving data analysis and research

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or equivalent
  • Typically 6-8 years of related work experience in senior/advanced general administrative support
  • Experience in office services or related administrative fields
  • Demonstrated competence in managing complex executive calendars
  • Proven track record in coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Experience producing detailed reports, documents, and presentations
