With 25% travel including out-of-state, you'll engage directly with large enterprise and complex accounts, leveraging HP's customer-centric culture to foster long-term partnerships and innovation. Your responsibilities will span pre-sales consultations, post-sales optimization, and break-fix site support, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to prevent issues and enhance satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance customer experience by providing installation overviews, site-specific information, and key contacts
  • Address customer challenges promptly, offer guidance, and escalate issues per protocols
  • Deliver pre-sales, post-sales, and service delivery software support tailored to diverse needs
  • Provide customized solutions for large enterprise, complex, or corporate accounts
  • Utilize proactive monitoring tools to prevent issues and improve customer experiences
  • Offer on-site support for break-fix activities and technical assistance to third-party providers
  • Resolve complex technical issues using extensive knowledge and innovative approaches
  • Coordinate departmental work, mentor team members, and serve as escalation point
  • Identify improvement opportunities, recommend enhancements, and ensure business controls
  • Foster positive relationships with associates, management, and cross-functional teams
  • Support HP PageWide business growth through digital transformation in industrial printing

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in customer support, field service, account management, or mission-critical systems
  • Demonstrated competence in on-site customer support and technical services
  • Experience with HP products or similar printing and imaging technologies
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, including out-of-state travel
  • Proficiency in operating systems, preventive maintenance, and test equipment
  • Knowledge of safety standards, environment health and safety (EHS), and field service management
  • Strong electromechanics and electronics troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the industrial print market or HP PageWide products
  • Background in large enterprise or complex corporate account support
  • Certification in HP technologies or related field service training
  • Proven track record in process improvement and KPI management
  • Familiarity with automation tools and proactive monitoring techniques
