Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure large-format printers, including hardware, software, and network components
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
  • Educate customers on proper usage, color management, and best practices
  • Execute installation and escalation plans to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and prevent potential issues
  • Provide clear updates, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Build trust and long-term relationships as the face of HP on-site
  • Collaborate with HP’s Global Customer Support Organization to deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure flawless operation of customer printing solutions through diagnostics and repairs
  • Adapt to dynamic field environments while upholding HP’s customer-centric standards

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in field service, technical support, or printer repair
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of inkjet printing technology and color management
  • Solid computer and networking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day
  • Must reside in New Jersey
  • Ability to work independently and travel up to 75% to customer sites
