Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure large-format printers, including hardware, software, and network components
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues
  • Educate customers on proper usage, color management, and best practices
  • Execute installation and escalation plans to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Use monitoring tools to proactively identify and prevent potential issues
  • Provide clear updates, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Deliver exceptional on-site service and diagnostics for HP large format printers
  • Build trust with customers as the face of HP’s Global Customer Support Organization
  • Work independently from home base in Miami, FL Metro Area, traveling to customer sites
  • Ensure printing solutions run flawlessly to keep businesses moving

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in field service, technical support, or printer repair
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of inkjet printing technology and color management
  • Solid computer and networking skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
