Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and service HP Commercial Web Printing Presses to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and delivering solutions
  • Handle customer-relation problems promptly and escalate issues per established procedures
  • Provide software services, post-sales, and service delivery support for remote or local accounts
  • Offer direct post-sales technical support to end users and HP Authorized Service Providers
  • Solve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms for PageWide Presses
  • Utilize proactive monitoring tools to identify and prevent issues
  • Maintain documentation, collaborate on process improvements, and ensure data confidentiality
  • Work with minimal supervision on moderately complex assignments
  • Travel up to 50% to customer sites across the US and internationally as needed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • 4-6 years of related work experience in customer support, account management, on-site customer support, or mission-critical systems
  • Experience with hardware support of printers, preferably commercial printers
  • Mechanical and electrical experience and skillset
  • Valid passport and ability to travel outside the U.S. for press training
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
  • Basic networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting knowledge

  • Commercial digital printing experience
