Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to R2R functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives at HP
  • Guide process improvements and establish policies for finance processes in a technology-centric organization
  • Perform complex financial analysis utilizing strong accounting knowledge to drive HP's business objectives
  • Lead and oversee finance process improvement initiatives across multiple sub-functions
  • Represent the R2R function in cross-regional or cross-functional projects and discussions
  • Apply advanced subject matter expertise to lead complex projects and resolve business issues independently
  • Develop productive internal and external relationships while mentoring lower-level employees
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring to support HP's innovation goals
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Leverage automation and SAP tools to enhance financial reporting and efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) certification
  • 1-3 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience with SAP applications and finance process automation
  • Ability to work 4 days per week from office in Bengaluru
  • Flexibility for early morning or late evening shifts
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional finance projects at a multinational tech company
