Key Responsibilities

• Conduct moderately complex financial analysis for specific HP functions or business units to drive key decisions
• Provide analytics to address complex business issues and support HP's innovation initiatives
• Analyze trends, relationships, and develop ratios for forecast models in HP's technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with department heads on annual budgets and long-term financial plans
• Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for HP management, executives, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and integrity of financial reporting
• Build relationships with business leaders to meet financial analysis objectives
• Develop conclusions, recommendations, and written reports through research and data analysis
• Foster a knowledge management culture by sharing expertise within HP's customer-centric teams
• Apply professional judgment to resolve issues following HP policies and procedures
• Utilize tools like SAP for variance analysis and P&L management

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification (mandatory)
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• Typically 2-4 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
• Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in financial processes and company operations
• Experience with SAP Applications and financial modeling
• Ability to work independently on moderate scope problems
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
