Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analysis for specific HP functions or business units, identifying issues and recommending innovative solutions
• Conduct comprehensive financial analytics to support key HP business initiatives in technology and hardware
• Participate in cross-functional teams as a finance domain expert, fostering collaboration across HP's global operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with HP business leaders to guide data-driven decision-making
• Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term) by analyzing trends and aligning with HP's strategic objectives
• Provide counsel on controls, budgeting, planning, ROI decisions, and development of business plans in a customer-centric framework
• Solve complex problems with creative perspectives, managing projects independently to enhance efficiency
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professional reports that support HP's operational and strategic plans
• Mentor and guide lower-level finance roles to boost individual and organizational performance
• Support policy and process enhancements, leveraging automation for improved efficiency in HP's innovative environment

Required Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification (mandatory)
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
• Typically 4-7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or related field
• Or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated competence in financial analysis and forecasting
• Experience driving financial processes in a technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams in finance functions
