Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to R2R project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives at HP Inc.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders to influence strategic and tactical decision-making
  • Conduct complex financial analysis on P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Support process improvement initiatives and projects with scenario building
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, SOX, and corporate policies
  • Represent the Record to Report organization, build productive relationships, and mentor lower-level employees
  • Guide process improvements and policy establishment in a technology-focused environment
  • Analyze financial data to drive operational efficiency and support HP's customer-centric initiatives
  • Contribute to innovation in financial reporting and controllership within HP's global operations

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in finance with a strong background in audits, compliances, and controllership
  • CA/CMA certification
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) in operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including review of process workflow diagrams
  • Experience analyzing financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational data) to identify trends, risks, and actionable insights
