Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute accounting processes, including complex analysis of transactional data to support informed decision-making at HP
• Lead development, implementation, and communication of procedures ensuring compliance with global accounting policies
• Serve as the first escalation point for complex systems or policy issues in Accounts Payable
• Drive implementation, adoption, and integration of new accounting processes and systems organization-wide
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements, recommending innovative solutions
• Execute and verify effectiveness of business controls through comprehensive reviews and analyses
• Coordinate departmental work, streamline processes, and ensure robust business controls
• Lead complex requests, assign responsibilities, and implement changes for enhanced efficiency
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex problems, collaborating across teams for recommendations
• Mentor and guide junior team members to elevate overall organizational performance in finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable related experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in SAP Applications
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
• Experience in financial analysis and transactional accounting
• Ability to handle complex accounting processes and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
