Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data including P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business finance initiatives and drive operational efficiency at HP Inc.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL
  • Automate data workflows and financial models using Alteryx and other advanced tools
  • Support process improvement initiatives through scenario building and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and HP corporate policies
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations, deep-dive analysis, and KPI tracking
  • Facilitate team decision-making as a project leader, impacting multiple teams
  • Contribute to innovation in financial planning by leveraging data-driven insights for HP's technology solutions
  • Respond to moderately complex financial issues within established guidelines to support customer-centric strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in finance operations and business finance
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Alteryx
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in financial data analysis including P&L, Balance Sheet, and operational data
  • Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and corporate policies
  • Demonstrated ability to develop dashboards, reports, and automate workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization like HP Inc.
