Key Responsibilities

  • Execute HP Indigo Value Added Services Visits at customer sites based on prescribed scope and content
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and active listening to adjust messages to audience level
  • Integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to craft effective solutions for customers
  • Independently resolve single- and cross-technology incidents, collaborating on complex issues
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships up to senior management level in assigned accounts
  • Design and deliver support solutions leveraging industry knowledge and HP Indigo expertise
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions to prevent problems within the team/technology area
  • Apply HP Indigo solutions to meet complex customer needs and identify additional services for revenue growth
  • Lead Customer Expectation management as part of the escalation process
  • Lead cross-team or large programs/projects and manage pre- and post-class administrative tasks
  • Collaborate globally for consistent messaging and development of training materials
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of working experience in related fields
  • Prior Technical Training experience
  • Prior experience working in a Digital or Offset Printing environment, Press Operation and/or Production Management
  • Experience with Industrial Printing Press technologies and Workflow solutions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

  • G7 Certification
