Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deploy IAM/IGA solutions using platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint, or Ping in enterprise environments
  • Onboard third-party and cloud applications using federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) within and outside IGA platforms
  • Drive strategic identity management initiatives across HP as a critical security pillar, aligning with IAM best practices
  • Evaluate applications for Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) in collaboration with business teams
  • Identify and contribute to data and process improvements in Identity Access Governance
  • Implement and customize IAM workflows, forms, rules, provisioning, and certifications
  • Support day-to-day security controls including access management, monitoring, and security awareness
  • Maintain security governance, policies, and controls to ensure compliance with audits
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IGA with HP's innovative technology solutions
  • Monitor user lifecycle processes including activity monitoring, access recertification, SOD, and reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing IAM/IGA products such as Saviynt, SailPoint, or Ping
  • Strong understanding of IAM standards including RBAC, SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Java or PowerShell, SQL
  • Knowledge of computer networking, OS fundamentals (Windows/UNIX/Linux)
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps tools for continuous deployments

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP or other relevant cybersecurity certifications
  • Experience with enterprise-scale IGA deployments at global organizations
  • Familiarity with HP's technology ecosystem and cloud services
  • Advanced skills in identity federation protocols and third-party app onboarding
