Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas and maintain healthy pipeline for transactional opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives to retain recurring revenue and create new opportunities with existing accounts
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes for lower value and transactional deals from qualification to close
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customer influencers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally using HP’s remote sales tools to support solution implementation and product adoption
  • Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to account planning with AEs and partners
  • Assist or lead product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, CPQ management, and catalogue updates
  • Drive business growth through proactive prospecting and portfolio expansion
  • Support sales cycles including project management, pricing, solutioning, and technical demos
  • Leverage AI and new technologies to personalize customer interactions and enhance productivity
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across teams to deliver customer-centric HP technology solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Recent Graduate with Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Business fluent in German and fluent in English
  • First experience in sales and account management
  • Strong organizational and program management skills
  • Demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance sales performance
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales processes
