Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations and guidance on HP Personal Systems offerings to sales teams and customers
• Respond to and track technical questions from internal and external requestors via various channels
• Present advantages of HP’s Personal Systems products, services, and solutions
• Assist sales representatives in responding to customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ requests
• Support sales opportunities with in-depth technical expertise on HP offerings
• Provide updates on technical and environmental regulations impacting products
• Deliver trainings to other departments on Personal Systems products and solutions
• Manage technical escalations and deliver proactive updates to the sales community
• Collaborate with presales organization and worldwide divisional resources as needed
• Maintain high service quality and total customer experience (TCE) standards
• Ensure competitive technical competence through continuous learning and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written German and English
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering field or computer science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in computer technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, or networking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with ability to operate independently with minimal direction
• Demonstrated passion for technology and continuous learning
• Experience providing technical guidance or support in a sales or presales environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in an additional language beyond German and English
• Hands-on experience with HP Personal Systems products and solutions
• Prior exposure to RFI, RFP, RFQ processes in a technical consulting role
• Experience delivering technical trainings or presentations
• Knowledge of technical and environmental regulations in computing hardware
