Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ISR and IAE teams to drive revenue growth, optimize sales effectiveness, and strengthen public sector customer relationships in alignment with AE teams
  • Partner with AE Sales Managers to define sales strategies, utilizing RAD/whitespace analysis to assess opportunities
  • Define ISR engagement models and support AE in developing business plans (SAR) to grow Print, PS, and Solutions in transactional spaces
  • Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipelines to meet and exceed transactional business goals
  • Proactively drive account prospecting, lead generation, and track KPIs for team success
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and coach ISRs to foster talent development and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with AE teams, customer support, and channel partners for seamless customer experiences
  • Generate sales reports, presentations, and leverage CRM systems for enhanced productivity
  • Ensure team adherence to legal, ethical standards, pricing, contracts, and customer interactions
  • Champion adoption of AI and emerging technologies to boost sales performance and customer engagement

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of job-related experience in sales or 8-10 years of management experience in sales
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in inside sales or telesales environments
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth in public sector sales
  • Experience in public sector account management and compliance
