Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team to drive revenue growth, optimize sales effectiveness, and strengthen customer relationships in alignment with Account Executive (AE) teams
  • Partner with AE Sales Managers to define sales strategies, utilizing tools like RAD/whitespace analysis to assess customer opportunities
  • Define ISR engagement models with POD account teams to grow Print, Personal Systems, and Solutions in transactional spaces, supporting AE business plans (SAR)
  • Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipelines to meet transactional goals, proactively driving prospecting and lead generation while tracking KPIs
  • Foster team collaboration by supporting AEs in expertise areas, coordinating with customer support and channel partners for seamless experiences
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and coach ISRs, motivating teams and sponsoring skill-building to boost productivity and performance
  • Generate sales reports, presentations, and analytics for senior leadership using CRM systems and sales technologies
  • Ensure team compliance with legal, ethical standards in pricing, contracts, and customer interactions
  • Leverage HP’s remote sales capabilities and AI-driven insights to enhance productivity and customer engagement
  • Champion HP’s customer-centric culture by promoting innovation in sales approaches and technology adoption

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of job-related experience in sales or 8-10 years of management experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in inside sales or telesales environments
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Familiarity with sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in technology sales, ideally with hardware, print, or solutions portfolios

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HP or similar technology company's sales operations
  • Background in managing remote or inside sales teams leveraging digital tools
  • Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies for sales enhancement
