Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical recommendations, directions, and guidance on HP Digital Software offerings
• Assess and technically evaluate potential opportunities from software sales teams
• Qualify opportunities to determine viability for escalation to Software Technologists
• Gather and analyze customer technical requirements for accurate opportunity qualification
• Support sales teams with in-depth technical understanding of HP's software portfolio
• Deliver training sessions to other departments on HP Software solutions
• Collaborate with presales organization and worldwide divisional resources as needed
• Maintain high service quality and deliver excellent total customer experience (TCE)
• Provide updates on status of technical and environmental regulations
• Participate in face-to-face, hands-on, and virtual sessions on cutting-edge software technologies
• Assist End-User and Channel sales teams in navigating HP software solutions and services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical/engineering field or computer science
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software solutions or technical presales
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French (native or high level)
• Fluency in English for internal communication, team meetings, and training
• Advanced experience and knowledge of industry software solutions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal tactical direction
• Proven motivation for continuous learning and knowledge seeking

• Proficiency in an additional language beyond French and English
