Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customer's Large Format Printing equipment
  • Determine site and equipment requirements for optimal setup
  • Understand customer goals and identify consequences of various technical solutions
  • Work according to project plans, installation plans, and escalation procedures
  • Configure system hardware, software, and network components
  • Assemble and integrate systems/products and verify operation
  • Use proactive monitoring procedures to identify problem-prevention opportunities
  • Provide customers with overviews of installation activities, site-specific information, and access to contacts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring they are met
  • Handle customer-relations problems promptly and escalate according to established procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in printer repair support, customer base management, account management, computer customer support, on-site customer support, or mission-critical systems
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day as necessary to repair printers
  • Ability to work autonomously from a home office
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the Denver Area and surrounding regions
  • Demonstrated competence in handling customer technical issues under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HP Large Format Printers or similar products
