Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installations, training, maintenance, and repairs on customer's Large Format Printing equipment
  • Determine site and equipment requirements for optimal setup
  • Understand customer goals and identify consequences of various technical solutions
  • Work according to project plans, installation plans, and escalation procedures
  • Configure system hardware, software, and network components for seamless integration
  • Assemble and integrate systems/products while verifying full operation
  • Use proactive monitoring procedures to identify and prevent potential issues
  • Provide customers with installation overviews, site-specific information, and key contacts
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring resolution
  • Handle customer-relations problems promptly and escalate per established guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • 6-8 years of related work experience in printer repair, customer support, on-site servicing, or mission-critical systems
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stoop throughout the day as necessary to repair printers
  • Ability to work autonomously from a home office
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within All Cities, Texas
  • Demonstrated competence in customer base account management or computer customer support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HP Large Format Printer products
  • Knowledge of Color Management
  • Background in inkjet printing technology
