Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems to identify performance issues and adhere to defined timeframes for incident escalation while troubleshooting simple to moderately complex incidents
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers and internal end users, providing valuable insights and innovative solutions aligned with HP's customer-centric culture
  • Act as the on-site liaison, delivering real-time status updates and facilitating effective communication with clients
  • Execute installations and configurations following HP standardized procedures, assembling and integrating systems proficiently
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities, including tape/backup operations and system optimizations
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure compliance with budget, quality standards, and customer requirements, proactively addressing deviations
  • Acquire job skills, follow HP policies, and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in technology delivery
  • Assist in implementing new processes and support department-level operational plans while sharing technical knowledge
  • Solve defined problems using established procedures and deliver basic technical tasks under supervision
  • Ensure all activities uphold HP's commitment to innovation, data confidentiality, and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • Typically 2-4 years of work experience in maintenance, quality, or related field
  • Demonstrated competence in system monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under direct instruction and close supervision
