You will champion continuous improvements, reduce technical debt, and enhance user experiences with enterprise tools like Microsoft M365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Active Directory, and Exchange. By collaborating with engineering managers, stakeholders, and partners, you’ll ensure SLA adherence, rapid incident resolution, and transformative IT infrastructure that supports HP’s commitment to innovation and customer obsession. Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the Director of Digital Workplace Technologies and provide progressive leadership for HP’s end-user technologies
  • Build and lead a globally dispersed team delivering industry-leading IT services
  • Manage vendors to ensure accountability, growth relationships, and operational excellence
  • Develop strategic and tactical operations, resource plans, goals, and priorities aligned with HP’s business and IT roadmap
  • Champion continuous improvements and modernization efforts in end-user services to enhance user experiences
  • Collaborate with partners for operational and financial excellence while reducing technical debt
  • Work with technical resources, engineering managers, and stakeholders to maintain SLA compliance and rapid outage resolution
  • Drive HP Inc.’s strategic objectives to transform IT Infrastructure into an innovative, agile, and lean organization
  • Leverage automation, monitoring, and analytics to support end-user tools and HP’s customer-centric culture
  • Foster innovation in collaboration tools like Microsoft M365, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Active Directory, and Exchange

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technology degree
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Technology / Operations
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in global environments
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, globally dispersed teams
  • Experience in onshore/offshore partner integration for high-quality service delivery
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale infrastructure system design and delivery
  • Strong skills in metrics and data-driven processes for vendor accountability

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience in global matrix organizations during periods of change
  • Proven expertise in budget planning, forecasting, and financial management
  • Track record of driving IT modernization to reduce technical debt
  • Advanced experience in multi-geography human capital management

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Expertise in managing Microsoft Teams environments and integrations
  • Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online and on-premises site management
  • Zoom administration including user management, security, and integrations
  • Strong Active Directory skills: user/group management, GPOs, and synchronization
  • Exchange Online and on-premises experience in mailbox management and compliance
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting for complex issues
