Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert mid-market enterprise prospects in Southern CA through targeted outreach and solution-based selling
  • Develop and execute account penetration strategies for new logos and expansion opportunities
  • Build trust-based relationships with IT buyers, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Coordinate account plans and align HP innovative solutions with client business objectives
  • Achieve and exceed acquisition quotas and revenue targets in a high-growth environment
  • Analyze win/loss data to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal HP specialists and external partners to deliver integrated technology solutions
  • Refer clients to HP product experts for complex requirements and ensure seamless handoffs
  • Provide market intelligence feedback to HP product teams on customer needs and competitive trends
  • Monitor account performance metrics and adjust strategies for optimal results
  • Organize workshops, webinars, and training sessions to showcase HP offerings and drive client enablement

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–7 years in B2B sales or account management, with strong focus on new client acquisition in technology or IT solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in mid-market enterprise accounts
  • Experience in field sales with 75% travel capability within Southern CA
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-based approaches
  • Ability to build and manage sales pipelines through cold calling and prospecting

Preferred Qualifications
