Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a thought leader and influencer within Office Print Solutions (OPS) and HP's overall Print business
  • Conduct regular customer, market, and industry deep dives to identify key trends and opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive portfolio and business strategy for OPS to drive long-term business value
  • Identify, scope, launch, and drive strategic initiatives for mid- and long-term growth
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance competitiveness in existing and adjacent segments
  • Collaborate across global matrix organization to build alignment and rigorous execution plans
  • Translate strategic initiatives into multi-year financial plans with business and finance teams
  • Establish performance measures to track progress against strategic objectives
  • Drive continuous engagement with OPS leadership to review and refine strategy
  • Recruit, nurture, and develop talent to build a world-class internal strategy team

Required Qualifications

  • MBA or demonstrable equivalent
  • 15+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, product, or category management
  • Track record of driving change and transformation in large-scale projects
  • Experience engaging with VP-level and above leaders in a dynamic business environment
  • Analytically rigorous and data-driven problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Passion for developing empowered and engaged teams
