About the Role

HP Inc. is seeking a skilled Onsite Administrator - Print (OSA Level II) for our customer site in Tunkhannock, PA. This role is pivotal in delivering HP's innovative printing solutions, ensuring seamless operations through proactive monitoring, maintenance, and customer support. As a key member of our Services team, you will manage print fleets using cutting-edge web-based software, resolve issues swiftly, and drive customer satisfaction in a technology-driven environment. Candidates must reside in or commute daily to Tunkhannock, PA, embodying HP's customer-centric culture while contributing to operational excellence with minimal supervision. In this position, you will monitor HP print systems for performance issues, handle routine installations, configurations, and consumables management—including toner replacements, paper jams, and inventory tracking. You will perform initial troubleshooting, coordinate with HP support teams, collect device usage data, and execute scripted changes while adhering to rigorous incident and problem management protocols. Your role extends to assisting end-users, swapping devices with spares, and reporting insights to enhance service delivery, all while aligning with HP's global strategy for innovation in print technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on HP print hardware using established protocols
  • Manage consumable inventory, replace toner/consumables/paper, and ensure adequate stock at customer sites
  • Clear paper jams and assist end users with device functionality
  • Coordinate with HP software branded support and report customer dissatisfaction to CSM/SDM
  • Collect usage pages from devices and swap out devices with spares as needed
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and maintenance on devices as directed by SDM
  • Utilize web-based software for proactive monitoring and tracking usage/activities at customer sites
  • Execute scripted change management activities adhering to incident, change, and problem processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction and exceed contract response times
  • Align work with HP strategy, collaborate on process improvements, and support department operational plans

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) or higher secondary education or commensurate work experience
  • 2-5 years of related work experience in maintenance, quality, or related field
  • Must reside in Tunkhannock, PA or commute daily to customer site
  • Demonstrated competence in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Experience with printer consumables management and device servicing
  • Ability to perform routine installations and configurations
  • Proficiency in following incident, change, and problem management processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT service management or technical support
  • Knowledge of print fleet management software
  • Familiarity with HP printing hardware and solutions
  • Certifications in ITIL or related IT support frameworks
