As part of the Services department, you will contribute to operational excellence, ensuring customers maximize their investment in HP's scalable, sustainable 3D printing solutions through world-class support and continuous improvement. In this hands-on internship, you will monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare recommendations to optimize processes for HP MJF technology. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, you will support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and remote customer assistance, while participating in innovative service initiatives, tools, and training programs. Your work will directly enhance customer experiences by streamlining operations and exceeding service level agreements in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled university students in Spain (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related fields), available from February to June-July 2026, with strong analytical skills, English fluency, and a passion for technology innovation. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics for HP MultiJet Fusion (MJF) technology
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for process improvements in Additive Manufacturing services
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams on preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Provide remote support to customers utilizing HP MJF solutions
  • Participate in developing and implementing new service initiatives and tools
  • Contribute to training programs enhancing customer operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations and exceed service level agreements
  • Enhance customer experience through innovative service enhancements
  • Engage in continuous learning on HP MJF technologies and industry trends
  • Support cross-functional teams in delivering world-class support for Additive Manufacturing
  • Analyze data to drive operational excellence and sustainability in services

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical/scientific discipline in a university in Spain, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship
  • Available to start the internship in February 2026 and continue until June–July 2026
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multicultural teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn new digital tools quickly
