HP Inc. is seeking a talented Payroll Analyst – U.S. Payroll to join our dynamic Finance team in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico (onsite/hybrid). Reporting to the Senior Manager, North America Payroll, you will support payroll operations for HP's U.S. workforce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a technology-driven environment. At HP, where innovation shapes the future of printing, computing, and digital experiences, this role leverages cutting-edge tools like ADP GlobalView and Workday to deliver customer-centric payroll solutions that empower our global teams. With fluency in English and Spanish, you will partner with HR, IT, Accounting, Tax, and Legal to drive process enhancements, supporting HP's commitment to operational excellence and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include executing full-cycle biweekly and semi-monthly payroll runs, validating complex earnings/deductions/taxes, reconciling data from HRIS and time systems, and preparing reports for audits and budgeting. You will champion compliance with IRS, DOL, and state regulations, participate in UAT for system upgrades, and identify automation opportunities to streamline operations.
