Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and process payroll input data for low to moderately complex EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, identifying and escalating discrepancies
  • Assist in executing monthly payroll cycles, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll reconciliations
  • Generate standard payroll reports for internal stakeholders and support statutory reporting requirements
  • Contribute to payroll audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, time & attendance, and benefits in a timely and professional manner
  • Issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request
  • Work closely with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to resolve operational issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to documentation updates
  • Participate in team projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

  • First-level university degree in Business, Economics, HR, or related field
  • Typically 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Finance, or HR Administration
  • Familiarity with payroll systems
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Analytical mindset

  • Experience with ADP payroll system
  • Knowledge of additional EMEA languages
