Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for multiple EMEA entities in collaboration with internal teams and external providers
  • Oversee data collection, interface monitoring, validation, and finalization of monthly payroll cycles
  • Prepare and deliver statutory and internal payroll reports
  • Partner with payroll accounting to ensure proper data flow into the General Ledger
  • Address complex payroll queries, provide certificates, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs
  • Support expatriate payroll processes in coordination with global mobility teams and vendors
  • Justify payroll calculations for audits and financial reviews
  • Define and communicate annual payroll calendars and cycles
  • Contribute to payroll aspects of M&A transactions
  • Drive process optimization, automation, and self-service initiatives
  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to resolve issues and enhance service delivery
  • Lead payroll-related projects to ensure compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of relevant Payroll or HR Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of International Payroll processes
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise in Payroll legislation, tax compliance, and compensation treatment
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multinational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • ADP payroll system experience
  • Knowledge of additional EMEA languages
  • Experience with expatriate payroll processes
