Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, validate, and process payroll data for moderately complex EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, identifying and flagging discrepancies for resolution
  • Assist in monthly payroll cycles, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll reconciliations
  • Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders and support statutory reporting
  • Support payroll audits by providing documentation and clarifications
  • Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, time & attendance, and benefits in a timely, professional manner
  • Issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request
  • Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to resolve issues
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains
  • Maintain and update payroll process documentation for accuracy
  • Participate in payroll-related projects to drive compliance and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of Payroll experience in a multinational environment
  • Familiarity with Payroll systems and HRIS integrations
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to handle moderately complex payroll processes for multiple entities
  • Experience in payroll data validation and reconciliation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ADP payroll system
  • Knowledge of additional EMEA languages (e.g., Polish, German)
  • Background in supporting payroll audits and statutory reporting
  • Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPP or equivalent)
