Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Personal Systems Commercial Engineering leaders to align people strategies with business goals
  • Serve as trusted advisor to L3 leaders on talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to build diverse, world-class engineering talent
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives tailored to innovative technology teams
  • Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs
  • Provide HR insights on change management, organizational design, and leader development
  • Collaborate with CoE partners on total rewards, learning & development, and diversity programs
  • Integrate financial acumen into staffing, compensation, and mobility decisions
  • Champion The HP Way through positive influence and high personal standards
  • Leverage analytics to measure and improve organization performance and culture
  • Support high-impact projects in a flexible, customer-centric engineering environment

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of work experience in HR functions, organizational change initiatives, or workforce planning
  • Demonstrated competence in HR consulting for senior leaders
  • Experience in talent management, performance management, and organizational design
  • Proven track record in driving employee engagement and business results
  • Familiarity with HR operations in a technology-driven environment
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certification
  • Experience in the technology or hardware industry
  • Background in Personal Systems or engineering organizations
