Join HP Inc.'s Personal Systems Non-Technical Internship in Spring, Texas, a 12-week paid summer program for 2026 designed to pipeline top talent into full-time roles. This pipeline requisition targets diverse students, especially from underrepresented groups, for impactful projects that blend business acumen with HP's customer-centric culture. In this Flex workstyle internship, you'll apply non-technical expertise to real-world challenges, avoiding mundane tasks for 'big meaty projects' that drive hybrid work and gaming leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research markets, model strategies, and craft executive presentations using PowerPoint and Excel. Facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and contribute to ecosystem experiences that refresh peripherals faster than notebooks, tackling remote workforce pain points. Network with executives, engage in community service, and enjoy fun events while building skills in ambiguity, analysis, and presentation—preparing for potential full-time conversion based on performance (no future sponsorship).
