Job Description

Personal Systems Non - Technical Internship

Location: Spring, Texas, United States of America

Department: Your Privacy

About the Role

Join HP Inc.'s Personal Systems Non-Technical Internship in Spring, Texas, a 12-week paid summer program for 2026 designed to pipeline top talent into full-time roles. As a global leader in innovation since 1939, HP engineers experiences that amaze over 1 billion customers in 170+ countries through personal computing, peripherals, and digital services. Dive into our three pillars: advancing computing leadership with laptops, desktops, gaming PCs, and workstations; creating peripherals excellence via acquisitions like HyperX and Poly for immersive hybrid work; and expanding services like remote computing with Teradici—all powered by security and sustainability. This pipeline requisition targets diverse students, especially from underrepresented groups, for impactful projects that blend business acumen with HP's customer-centric culture. In this Flex workstyle internship, you'll apply non-technical expertise to real-world challenges, avoiding mundane tasks for 'big meaty projects' that drive hybrid work and gaming leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research markets, model strategies, and craft executive presentations using PowerPoint and Excel. Facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders, and contribute to ecosystem experiences that refresh peripherals faster than notebooks, tackling remote workforce pain points. Network with executives, engage in community service, and enjoy fun events while building skills in ambiguity, analysis, and presentation—preparing for potential full-time conversion based on performance (no future sponsorship). HP fosters an inclusive culture where every voice matters, supporting your growth in a visionary environment. Required: 3rd-year Bachelor's or 1st-year Master's/MBA (non-technical), full-time enrollment, and US work eligibility without sponsorship. Preferred: Business, Marketing, or Product Management majors with proven project results. Pay: $23-$32/hour with robust benefits. Be part of HP's DNA of innovation—apply to shape the future of technology today.
