Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and execution of the Email program for HP Store
  • Provide day-to-day support to Consumer and Commercial Business Managers, including inventory planning, pricing, and product selection
  • Measure site and business performance through analytics to inform decisions
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to integrate brand campaigns onto the HP Store
  • Engage with the European team on product and promotion planning
  • Act as point of contact for telesales team promotional queries
  • Conduct regular analysis of external market data to assist business strategy
  • Support eCommerce team in executing HP Store strategy across marketing, analytics, UX, and measurement
  • Coordinate multiple tasks with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Contribute to innovative solutions that enhance customer experience on HP's direct go-to-market channel

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree that includes a placement year
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK with the ability to travel to HP’s Reading Head Office
  • Placement year commitment for 13 months (July 1st, 2026 – July 31st, 2027)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills for data collection and KPI metric analysis
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for prioritizing tasks
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates
  • Teamwork and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred degrees in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
