Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account business plans including transactional and strategic initiatives to drive Poly product growth at HP Inc.
  • Build strong professional relationships with enterprise clients to foster loyalty and deep understanding of their collaboration needs.
  • Utilize consultative-selling techniques to identify growth opportunities and align HP Poly solutions with client IT priorities.
  • Anticipate client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative video/voice solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and renewals for favorable terms.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving or exceeding revenue and margin quotas.
  • Provide client feedback to internal teams to enhance HP Poly products, services, and processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on account progress, deliverables, and roadblocks.
  • Seek opportunities to improve account management processes and contribute to team best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience in customer relationship management, account management, or related field
  • Or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated competence in consultative selling and revenue achievement
  • Experience in B2B sales within technology or hardware sectors
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining enterprise client relationships
